Lost Creek Canyon Pump Station
RSA Construction Group led this design-build project, which consisted of engineering, procurement, and construction of a shallow well field with a booster pumping station. Construction of the pumping station included the installation of a 200-hp vertical-turbine pump and six 400-hp vertical-turbine pumps.
The project scope also included the installation of 24-inch diameter piping (carbon steel, ductile iron, and HDPE), 18-inch diameter HDPE pipe, 20-inch diameter HDPE pipe, and construction of a 3 1/2 acre water storage pond. Mechanical piping included the installation of large diameter pneumatic and electrically activated valves. The project also included 2,000 cubic yards of self-performed structural concrete application.
