Deer Valley Water Treatment
This three-phased water treatment plant project included both a civil and mechanical package and required the work to be conducted within an operating facility, with minimal scheduled outages during construction.
RSA performed structural demolition and replaced the East plant. This required structural shoring and over-excavation of the East plant area and replacement of the native material by processing it with cement in the form of CSA. The project scope included: excavation, fine grading, CSA processing and backfilling, sitework, utility demolition, installation of temporary utilities, new underground utilities, mechanical piping and new chemical facilities.
