The complete structural upgrade to five existing buildings, over 12 acres, totaling over 300,000 square feet. Structural upgrades included new structural steel bracing, shortcrete strengthening of existing walls and new CMU shear walls. The project also featured the strengthening, repair, and restoration of bowtruss roof systems. A new grand breezeway was constructed to connect existing buildings. New MEP systems were added throughout the campus. Upon completion, the building received LEED Gold Certification.
