RSA Construction Group is excited to celebrate a milestone anniversary—60 years of building America!

RSA opened its doors for business in 1962 as a small, family-run earthwork contractor that served a community. Today, the company is a full-service, heavy civil and industrial general contractor with customers throughout North America. While maintaining corporate offices in Minnesota, our regional offices are strategically located in multiple geographic areas to support and serve the ever-evolving project demands of our customers.

The company has grown and adapted to meet the needs of an ever-changing industry, yet our values of honesty, integrity and perseverance remain constant. These core qualities are reflected in both the corporate culture and the character of our employees.

Looking back, we have learned that our success is less about building a business and more about building relationships—with our clients, vendors and the dedicated people who work together to do their best for the customer, every day on every project. From small, yet vital, community work, to large and complex construction projects, we believe that no job is too small and no challenge is too big.
