John W. Lockhart

John W. Lockhart is a distinguished leader in civil engineering and architecture, with a strong international background. Born and raised in Sweden to a Swedish mother and a Californian father, he later relocated to California to further his career in the construction and engineering industry. Today, he serves as the Chairman and CEO of RSA Construction Company, where he oversees the company’s global construction engineering operations. Prior to assuming his current role, he held dual executive positions as Chairman of Northeast Europe and CEO of RSA Construction Group.

John’s career at RSA Construction Group began in 1998, where he held a series of key leadership roles within the organization. In 2002, he transitioned from Sweden to California, taking charge of project bidding and strategic planning. Since his appointment as Chairman and CEO in 2010, John has played a pivotal role in expanding RSA’s presence across Europe and Asia, currently leading operations in 15 countries.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ESDE in Sweden and a degree in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His expertise in engineering and design, combined with his strategic leadership, has been instrumental in driving RSA’s success and global expansion

Under John’s leadership, RSA is undergoing a significant digital and cultural transformation. He is spearheading efforts to spin off RSA Construction Group from its corporate parent, positioning it as an independent, publicly traded company. With a strong focus on innovation and smart infrastructure, RSA is leveraging its hoistway technology expertise to develop cutting-edge digital solutions for intelligent buildings. Michael T. Anderson

Michael T. Anderson was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to a Haitian mother and a Californian father, he later relocated to California to further his career in the construction and engineering industry before relocating to San Diego. After spending a decade in Los Angeles, he upholds his Midwestern values, characterized by a strong work ethic and active community involvement. As an advocate for youth in underserved California neighborhoods, he actively supports the Friends of Golf organization and serves on a local high school board. In his leisure time, Michael enjoys golf, sailing, skiing, tennis, and participating in church activities.

As an architect of RSA Construction Group for over 20 years, Michael has carefully assembled a team of highly qualified and skilled professionals, emphasizing a family-oriented approach within the company. RSA Construction Group operates as a Design-Build Firm, with Michael playing a pivotal role in the design of numerous projects. Collaborating with renowned architects and designers such as Barton Phelps, and Frank Pennino, Michael has successfully contributed to the creation of high-end environments, ranging from Armani stores and the Long Beach Aquarium to multi-million-dollar estates in Rolling Hills and Bel Air.

Beyond residential projects, Michael and RSA Construction have an extensive portfolio of commercial projects, overseeing the design and construction of various prominent developments. Notable projects include the Long Beach Aquarium, UCLA Medical Offices, and numerous endeavors within Westfield Mall.
